The strings look to be in good shape and still sound decent. And looks to have had a nicer tailpiece installed.
Also this cello does not have a case, we decided to sell locally only keep the from getting damaged during shipping. There is a couple of spots on the face by bottom sound hole that looked to have been glued repaired but it does not affect play ability or and its big deal.
Here is a vintage Suzuki 4 cello that sounds and plays very good for its age. This brand of cello does not come up very often on line in the 4 size it is kind rare to find one when you want. It also stays in tune nicely. We bought this a couple years ago and it is still in tune from the day purchased.
Mike and Kelly. The wood on this cello is very nice back sides beautiful.
I used a violin bow on the cello to test it and had very nice deep tone sounds. It is Otto infield wine system fine tuner tailpiece.
