I have priced it competitively other Engelhardt 4/4 cello's go for a few hundred over, and the handful I found that are priced at the same price I am asking are banged up and most likely have structural issues if not kept up, the seams can open the wood can crack split etc. Soft cover case and bow included. I am selling it because I am moving studios, and because I now only teach advanced level violin students, so I no longer need a cello.
For a student level low cost cello it actually has a wonderful tone, and is perfect for any student. I am charging for shipping but will consider an adjusted price to equal to free shipping. It's stayed in my studio and has almost never been taken outside my studio, and therefore the wood seams etc have all stayed in excellent condition and it's in like new condition.
